Opportunities for experience
A constant roadblock to civilian employment is the complaint that veteran had no civilian experience. Rather than wait until you are out of unemployment, use your time to train for civilian experience. We have connected with companies that do Job Shadowing, On-the-Job-Training (OJT), Internships, Temp positions with potentials for direct hire, and potential Veteran Managed & Led Community Outreach teams for non-profits, small business, hardship communities, and more. We are seeking grants and programs that pay for the Veteran to have a stipend or income during training.
